Terms and Conditions
The general terms and conditions apply to all products, services, offers and agreements entered into with Bizzy Lizzy. By placing an order or making a purchase, you accept and subscribe to these terms and conditions.
Bizzy Lizzy tries to display the products she offers as truthfully as possible. As a result, it cannot be held liable if, due to a technical configuration or possible error, the display on the screen may differ slightly from reality. Eg Colors can sometimes be displayed differently depending on the settings of the screen.
Our prices are always in Euro and include VAT, excluding shipping costs. If, due to a mistake or error, the website states a price that can reasonably be correct, Bizzy Lizzy has the right to change this order (in consultation with the customer) or to cancel it.
We work with Bpost, PostNL and DPD for the shipment of our orders. Bizzy Lizzy cannot be held liable for orders that are lost at Bpost or other suppliers. But will work on an acceptable solution with customer and Bpost. And will also take all possible preventive measures to prevent this.
Bizzy Lizzy guarantees fast shipping, so delivery in Belgium can be guaranteed within 2-3 business days. But in the event of circumstances beyond its control, such as a strike at the shipping service, the influence of a natural phenomenon (storm) or a disaster, Bizzy Lizzy cannot be held liable for delays in shipping. Bizzy Lizzy can also not be held liable for incorrect or delayed deliveries if the address details have been supplied incorrectly or incompletely.
In the event of a possible delay in shipping due to holidays or closing days, this will be clearly stated on the website.
In the event of a delay due to, for example, a stock depletion, the customer will be notified immediately and a solution will be worked out in consultation or the customer may decide to cancel the order.
If you are not present during the delivery, the package will be delivered to a collection point. The customer is responsible for picking up the package there on time. Failure to do so will result in return costs. If we will have to send a package twice because the package was not collected or the customer was absent twice, we are forced to charge the extra costs before returning the package.
Bizzy Lizzy opts for high-quality products at a good price, and will do everything in its power to offer the customer a good service. If, despite these good care, an order does not meet the expected quality, the customer can return this shipment (in whole or in part) within 8 days of receipt. Upon return, please contact our customer service via the contact form on the website or via the email address firstname.lastname@example.org.
You must ensure that the product is returned in its original condition without damage to yarn, wrappers and relevant packaging. Bizzy Lizzy will check the products and can always refuse a product if it has not been received in good condition (eg if yarn has been unwound or used).
The costs for the return are borne by the customer.

Bizzy Lizzy is not liable for any damage that could be suffered. Bizzy Lizzy is not responsible for damage suffered in the implementation of the third-party agreement. Bizzy Lizzy is not responsible for damage caused by (improper) use of the products.
